Conference & Banquet Center

Our conference center features a warm, friendly environment, with a cozy, lounge area -- ideal for your special occasion. Conveniently located adjacent to the Inn, the East Sonora Conference and Banquet Center is available for any type of event, such as family reunions, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners or seminars.

We have flexible event hours and are available for breakfast, lunch or dinner events and can accomodate groups of all sizes. Our maximum capacity for banquets is 110 guests. Our maximum capacity for a meeting set up is 120 guests. The conference center also features the standard audio/visual amenities.

Let us work with you to plan an event and a catered meal that you and your guests will truly enjoy. Our staff can help you plan your event and create a menu that will work well for everyone.

Room Fees

• Half Day (up to 4 hours) $150.00
• Full Day (up to 8 hours) $300.00
• Additional fee, per hour, after 8 hours $50.00
• Weddings (all day use) $400.00 starting price.
  Standard linens are included. Specialty linens or colors are an additional fee.

Room Fees with Banquets (minimum 35 guests)

• Half Day (up to 4 hours) $100.00
• Full Day (up to 8 hours) $200.00

Banquets

• Lunch $15.00-$16.00 per person
• Dinner $18.00-24.00 per person

Buffets

• Breakfast $8.00-$15.00 per person
• Lunch $15.00-$26.00 per person
• Dinner $18.00-$24.00 per person

Beer and wine are available upon request.
Prices are subject to applicable 18% service charge and 7.25% sales tax.
